1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and k1gam ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the k1gam website at k1gam.ws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.
k1gam is an online gaming platform offering casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, and related services. All products and services on this platform are provided for entertainment purposes to eligible adult players.
These Terms apply to all products available on k1gam, including but not limited to: slots, roulette, baccarat, poker, live dealer games, cricket betting, and the VIP Club. Additional product-specific terms may apply and will be communicated at the relevant section of the platform.
Where there is any conflict between these General Terms and any product-specific terms, the product-specific terms will take precedence for matters relating to that specific product.
Important: If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the k1gam platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
2. Account Registration
To use k1gam's real-money services, you must register an account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals who meet all of the following conditions:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are a resident of Pakistan or are legally permitted to access online gaming services from your location.
- You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
- You do not already hold an active account on k1gam under any other name, email address, mobile number, or household.
- You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by k1gam.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. k1gam strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they share an email address, mobile number, IP address, device, payment method, or physical address — will be suspended. Any bonus funds received across duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture and any withdrawals processed from a secondary account may be reversed pending investigation.
During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. k1gam may request verification of your identity at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a passport, or a driver's licence.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. k1gam will never ask for your password by email, chat, or telephone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

3. Deposits
k1gam accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:
- Easypaisa mobile wallet
- JazzCash mobile wallet
- NayaPay digital wallet
- SadaPay digital wallet
- Bank transfer via IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer)
- Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks
The minimum deposit amount at k1gam is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by k1gam, though your payment provider or bank may impose their own limits. k1gam does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider are outside k1gam's control and responsibility.
Deposits are credited to your k1gam gaming balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. For mobile wallet payments (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay), this is typically instant. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
All funds deposited at k1gam must originate from payment methods that are registered in your own name. k1gam does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a third-party payment is identified, the deposit may be reversed and the account placed under review. k1gam reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used.
k1gam complies with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and may request additional documentation regarding the source of deposited funds if the volume or pattern of transactions warrants verification.
4. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time from the Deposit and Withdrawal section of your k1gam account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. k1gam does not charge fees on withdrawals. Processing times vary by method:
- Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within minutes of approval during operational hours.
- Bank transfer (IBFT): Usually processed the same business day; subject to bank clearing schedules.
- Visa / Mastercard: Dependent on the issuing bank's processing timelines, typically 1–3 business days.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists as a security measure to prevent fraud and unauthorised fund transfers. Where a matching withdrawal to your deposit method is not possible, you will be asked to verify an alternative method.
Before a withdrawal is processed, k1gam may conduct an identity verification check. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or payment method ownership documentation. This is a standard AML and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure and is not indicative of any issue with your account.
Withdrawals will not be processed if there are active bonus wagering requirements that remain unfulfilled on your account. You have the option to forfeit bonus funds — and any associated wagering requirements — in order to proceed with a withdrawal of your real-money balance. This option is available in your account settings.
Daily withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier. Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal cap of Rs 5,00,000. Silver tier members may withdraw up to Rs 7,00,000 per day. Gold tier members up to Rs 12,00,000. Platinum tier members have no daily cap. Full details are available on the VIP Club page.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
k1gam offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, rakeback, and VIP-specific offers. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out here and any additional conditions communicated at the point of offer.
Welcome Bonus: New players receive a 150% match bonus on their first deposit at k1gam. The welcome bonus is credited automatically upon confirmation of your first qualifying deposit. The minimum deposit to trigger the welcome bonus is Rs 500. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per payment method.
Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds (with the exception of cashback and rakeback, which carry no wagering requirement) are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly at the point of offer. As a general guide, the welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, table games such as baccarat and roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20%, and poker contributes 0% toward casino bonus wagering (but is covered separately by the rakeback structure).
Cashback: Weekly cashback for VIP members is credited as real balance with no wagering requirement. The cashback percentage is determined by your VIP tier at the time of calculation. Cashback is calculated on net gaming losses in the preceding seven days and credited to your account every Monday.
k1gam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Any player found to be abusing bonus terms — including but not limited to coordinated bonus exploitation, hedging bets to minimise variance while wagering through bonuses, or using multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will have their bonuses voided and may have their account suspended. k1gam's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.
Bonus Tip
You can check your current bonus balance, active wagering requirements, and progress toward clearing a bonus at any time from your account dashboard. If you prefer to withdraw your real-money balance before completing wagering, you can forfeit the bonus in account settings.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play
All games at k1gam are provided by licensed software suppliers and operate under independently certified and audited systems. RNG (Random Number Generator) games — including slots, virtual roulette, baccarat, and poker — use a certified RNG that produces outcomes that are statistically random and independent of previous results. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers at physical tables in audited studio environments. No computer-generated outcome is used in live dealer play.
The following actions are strictly prohibited at k1gam and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban:
- Using any software, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with the platform in place of manual play.
- Exploiting any identified software error, glitch, or malfunction to generate winnings. Any winnings generated as a result of a platform error are considered void and will not be paid out.
- Colluding with other players in poker or other multiplayer games.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the k1gam platform or its underlying software.
- Using a VPN or proxy server to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game, the round outcome is determined by the server-side record of the game state at the time of disconnection. Where a round cannot be determined, the stake will be returned to the player. k1gam's game logs are the authoritative record of all game outcomes and will be used to resolve any disputes.
Sports betting outcomes, including cricket, are determined by the official result of the relevant event as reported by the governing body. In-play bets are settled at the odds displayed at the moment the bet was accepted. Late acceptance of bets after an event's outcome is known — whether due to technical delay or any other cause — will result in the bet being voided at k1gam's discretion.

7. VIP Club
The k1gam VIP Club operates on a four-tier structure: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. All registered accounts are enrolled at Bronze tier automatically upon registration. Tier progression is based on cumulative real-money wagering across all k1gam games within a calendar month.
Tier thresholds are as follows: Bronze (any wager amount), Silver (Rs 10,000/month), Gold (Rs 50,000/month), Platinum (Rs 2,00,000/month). Tiers are reviewed on a monthly basis. Where a player falls below the minimum wager threshold for their current tier, a one-month grace period applies before any downgrade takes effect.
VIP tier benefits — including cashback, rakeback, withdrawal limits, and account manager access — are as described on the VIP Club page. k1gam reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefits, or the structure of the programme with reasonable notice. Existing earned cashback and rakeback amounts will not be retroactively reduced by any such modification.
Only real-money wagers count toward VIP tier calculations. Wagers placed using bonus credits, free spins, or any other promotional currency do not contribute to monthly VIP wager totals.
8. Responsible Gaming
k1gam is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity. These tools are available to all account holders at all times via the account settings section of the platform:
- Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
- Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.
- Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a chosen duration (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period). Cool-off periods cannot be reversed once applied.
- Self-exclusion: Permanently close your k1gam account. Self-exclusion is irreversible and cannot be undone by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to your registered payment method.

9. Privacy & Data

In summary: k1gam collects personal information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. Your data is never sold to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies only to the extent required to operate the platform legally and securely.
All data transmitted between your device and the k1gam platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing methods and are never visible to k1gam staff.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the k1gam platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, game graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of k1gam or its licensed suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any k1gam content without prior written permission.
The k1gam name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of k1gam. Unauthorised use of these trademarks in any form is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
k1gam provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is operational around the clock, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
k1gam's total liability to any individual player in connection with use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
k1gam accepts no liability for:
- Losses arising from the player's own decisions or betting strategies.
- Losses caused by the player sharing account credentials with a third party.
- Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to the player's bank or payment provider.
- Any consequential, indirect, or special losses howsoever arising.
12. Account Termination
Players may close their k1gam account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining at closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification and provided no pending withdrawal restrictions exist.
k1gam reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
- Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion is detected or suspected.
- The player has provided false or misleading registration information.
- A player is identified as being under the age of 18.
- Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate the closure.
Where an account is closed by k1gam due to a Terms violation, any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited. Real-money deposits will be returned where legally required and where no outstanding liability or investigation prevents this. k1gam's decision on account closure is final, though players may contact support to request a review.
13. Changes to These Terms
k1gam reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account and/or via a notice displayed upon login. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Continued use of the k1gam platform after notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account at that time.
